Getting prompted on my laptop to reset my PIN, but I am not receiving verification codes. I have followed every prompt I have been getting and all attempts to resolve this issue have proved unsuccessful. I have not been able to use my personal laptop in 3 days and I am extremely frustrated. I really need phone support. Please reply asap.

Thank you,

Joe Johnson

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Did you check your junk or SPAM email folders to see if the Verification emails from Microsoft ended up there?

May I please know if you have tried requesting the verification code through any other methods, such as using your Phone number or Authenticator app, if available?

Do you have the option to sign in with your Password instaead?

Try switching your device to any other Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot, and see if you can receive the Verification code.

If you are still having issues, try the account reinstatement form here and select 'I am not receiving the Verification code' and complete the form.

Alternatively, you can try booting your PC in Safe Mode and resetting your PIN there.

Boot your PC in Safe Mode

In safe mode, go to Settings > Account > PIN > Reset your PIN.

Let me know if you still need more help.
