You also need to check if Microsoft Store >> Library >> Device Packages shows that Office is included as a gift.
Because the laptop came with a 1‑year Microsoft 365 subscription, there typically isn’t a printed product key. The subscription is usually tied to the Microsoft account used when Office was first activated.
Use these steps:
If the original 1‑year subscription has expired, a new Microsoft 365 subscription must be purchased to continue using the full Office apps.
