How do I merge two accounts in Databasics 365 Altai

Altai/Databasics 365 isn’t covered in the context, but Dataverse/Dynamics-style account merges work as follows when supported:

1. Open the list of accounts.
2. Select the two duplicate account records to merge.
3. Choose the Merge action/button.
4. In the merge dialog, select which record is the master (the one to keep).
5. For each field, choose which value (from which record) should be kept in the master.
6. Confirm the merge.

In Dataverse/Dynamics-based systems, the master record inherits the subordinate record’s child records, and the subordinate record is deactivated (kept read-only for history and security).

If Altai is built on Dataverse/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the behavior will be the same: select the duplicate accounts, use Merge, pick the master, choose field values, and confirm.
