Custom Fields Not Showing on Bookings Page

I added custom fields and they are not showing. I have tried an inPrivate window, and I can toggle the default fields on and off at will. My custom fields do not populate no matter what I try. I have tried at the service booking link and at the regular booking link, I've tried turning off allowing customers to select their own staff as well.User's image

    As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.      

    I have tried to create a booking similar to yours, and I will attach the image below; I kept all the settings the same as yours, and the custom fields are displaying normally.

    Therefore, could you please help me test this by creating a completely new 'Test Service'? Go to the Shared booking page > Create, then go into the Service > try adding one Custom field, then copy that booking link and open it in InPrivate to see if the custom field is displayed (remember to set the access to 'Anyone'). (do not edit any settings except adding custom field)

    I want to check whether the issue is with your account or specifically with that booking page. Regarding the 'Verification Call' booking page, please try deleting those custom fields, then add them back, check the 'Required' boxes again, and click 'Save changes' to see what happens. 

    With your help, I will try to pinpoint the exact issue you are facing.
