Hello
I just bought MS 365 using a new Microsoft account I set up (@advancedbioanalyticalconsultants.com) but I cannot install it on my computer. I am not able to input my MS PIN when the system asks me to do so. Please help.

I should mention that when the system asks me to enter the PIN for a different MS account, I am able to do so without any problem.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this situation. Could you please let me know what happens when you try to use the PIN on this account? Do you get an error message? If so, please share a screenshot.
