    • May I know if this only happens when downloading Minecraft or also happens when downloading another apps?
    • Did the sign in issue happens with any other Microsoft services?
    • May I have a photo of the situation to check for you please remember to remove all personal information before posting.

    In the meantime, you can check this fix.

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    • Select the ellipsis next to the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app and select Advanced Settings.
    • Select "Reset".
