Microsoft 365 Subscription is creating thousands of files on my Apple computer everyday

I bought a brand new $2K Apple computer in the spring. I then opened a Microsoft 365 computer and now my computer is a complete mess.

Every time I use my computer, Microsoft 365 is creating thousands and thousands of files which are unnecessary and unwanted. The Microsoft 365 subscription is wreaking havoc on my computer and I have been trying to get this fixed for months. I filed a complaint with the BBB and received no help.

Most of the unwanted files look like Javascript files and have long names which are just letters and numbers. I must have about a million files on my computer by now.

My request is that a Microsoft 365 reach out to me directly so we can schedule a time to fix this. I want a technician to take responsibility for Microsoft's faulty product. This is a wide spread problem and Microsoft basically tells customers to figure it out for themselves. That is not acceptable.

I paid money for a Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft damaged my brand new computer and continues to cause further damage everyday. Microsoft is responsible for fixing this.

    Hello Kelly Donnelly

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that every time you use my computer, Microsoft 365 is creating thousands and thousands of files which are unnecessary and unwanted and now you request Microsoft to reach out to you directly.

Unfortunately, Microsoft can't reach out to you directly. Instead, you have to contact them first and inform them about the issue you are facing. Here are the steps you can follow to contact them.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
