Tag not monitored by Microsoft.
The ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK message indicates that the Pearson VUE account is blocked on the Pearson side, most commonly due to multiple failed payment attempts. This is not an Azure or Microsoft Learn platform issue.
To resolve this and be able to schedule the AB-100 exam again, contact Pearson VUE directly so they can review the account and remove the block:
- Go to Pearson VUE support for Microsoft exams: Pearson VUE Support.
- Provide the error (
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK) and details of the exam being scheduled. - After Pearson VUE lifts the block, return to the exam scheduling page from the certification details and try scheduling again.
If any further issues occur after Pearson VUE clears the block, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials support: Credentials support.
