My credit card is being charged for an Office365 subscription at company where I no longer work. No one at the company knows how to change the billing credit card. Is there anyone at MS who can help me? This has been going on for over a year!

Sorry to know about this and in this case it is best to reach out to the bank to block and replace your card to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s.

It is also a good measure to temporarily lock it from the bank's website or the bank's mobile app to ensure that you will not have an unauthorized charge while this is still being figured out.

Kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to check and intervene with account related and billing side of things and as this is for business, you can reach out to the relevant team by referring to the link below.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this. May I check and confirm if it is Microsoft 365 for consumer or for business?
