Hi team,

I hope you are doing well. I redeemed the "1 year Microsoft 365 Premium + LinkedIn Premium" benefit through link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2026/01/15/college-students-now-get-12-months-of-microsoft-365-premium-and-linkedin-premium-career-on-us/ on Feb 19. However, I haven't received the email includes 1 year of LinkedIn Premium benefit yet. It's has been 1 week, so I'm writing to follow up about that. The email I used for redeeming Microsoft 365 Premium is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] @outlook.com

I really appreciate your response and help.

Best regards,

    Hello Alexa Miao,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that you have sign up for the Microsoft M365 LinkedIn Premium 12-month offer on Feb-19, but you haven't received your LinkedIn premium subscription yet.

LinkedIn activation email can take up to 7 days for the email to get to you. In some cases, it may take 10-14 days for the email to arrive. After that amount of time, make sure you look for the activation mail in the spam section too.

So right now, the best course of action to take is to please be patience and wait.

If you need further assistance, feel free reply back to this post. I'll be happy to help.
