Good day, my hotmail account has been hacked. I have tried to reset the password but I cannot because I am not getting the text message to my phone . I tried to change it to another phone i have but its saying it will take 30 days.
I have no problem waiting but, currently there is someone on my email that is emailing my contact list requesting them to buy and send amazon gift cards. I am deeply troubled by this and need to ensure that the account is completely signed out by everyone and the password changed. I have recently changed the pin but i cannot change the password.
