Hi, I’m having an issue with my Outlook account and can’t seem to fix it.
I’m no longer receiving verification/security codes from websites or other senders. These emails never arrive (not in inbox, spam, or any other folder). I used to receive them in the past.
I also tried sending a verification code from my Outlook account to my backup email, and that email is never received either.
Regular emails work normally both ways. Storage is not full. I have no rules or blocked senders.
It seems like automated/system emails are being blocked at the server level.
Has anyone experienced this, and how can I get this fixed or escalated to Microsoft support?
