Charged twice for same product Oct. 2024

I just noticed going through my records I never recieved credit that was due on my visa. from Oct. 30th. 2024 I have been charged two seperate charges for Office Home 2024 Oct. 31st. 2024 and then again on Nov. 1st. 2024 . I have an email from Microsoft Store Support on Nov. 1st. 2024 stating Im glad we were able to help you resolve your purchase and refund concern and also connecting you over with tech support.

I cannot find a refund for either amount or a refund from Microsoft can someone advise where I stand.

    To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
