Hello,

Our desktop application was removed from the Microsoft Store.

Following the removal notice, we contacted reportapp@microsoft.com as instructed in the communication. However, we haven't been able to get any respond from them.

Does anyone know who we should contact to get the app added back to the Microsoft Store?

Thanks.

For an app that was removed from the Microsoft Store, the process is:

    1. Review the removal/certification report in Partner Center and compare it against the current Microsoft Store Policies to understand and fix the violation (technical, security, content, or legal).
    2. After addressing the issue in the app or its metadata, submit an updated version of the app through Partner Center for certification.
    3. For questions or to appeal the enforcement action, continue to use reportapp@microsoft.com. That is the documented contact for review/certification and enforcement appeals; there is no alternate escalation email documented.
    4. If additional help is needed (for example, issues with Partner Center itself or confusion about the policy violation), open a support ticket in Partner Center:
      • Select the Help (?) icon at the top.
      • Choose Contact Support.
      • Create a ticket under the most relevant category (for example, submission or policy issues) and include the app ID, details of the removal, and what has been changed.
    5. Track the case under Help + support in Partner Center and respond to any follow‑up from Microsoft there or via email.

These are the supported channels to get clarification and to work toward having the app reinstated.
