Azure Login Problem

I am a student experiencing a login loop with my Azure account. I am being prompted for a 2-digit MFA code that is not appearing in my Outlook app. Furthermore, I cannot add this account to the Microsoft Authenticator app because the setup process requires the same verification code that I am unable to receive. Please advise on how to resolve this lockout. i need it to be able to use databricks for a project at uni .Thank you so much in advance .
