I am unable to download my certifcate for MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Administrator - English (ENU)

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite active associate certifications. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/#certification-prerequisites

For MS-102 and other Microsoft certifications, certificates are no longer downloaded from the old Certification Dashboard. Certificates and transcripts are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn.

Use these steps to access and save the MS-102 certificate or equivalent proof:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to take MS-102.
2. Open the Credentials area: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
3. Locate the "MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator" certification in the list.
4. To get a formal proof of completion:
   • Use the View / Print option and choose Save to PDF in the print dialog to create a local PDF copy of the certificate, or
   • Go to your Transcript from your Learn profile and use Print → Save to PDF as an official record you can share.

If the MS-102 certification does not appear at all (even though the exam was passed):

1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used and that no other Microsoft account was used to register for or take the exam.
2. Verify that all required exams for the certification are completed (for multi-exam certifications, the certificate is only issued after the final required exam is passed).
3. If it still does not show or you cannot access it, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can investigate the missing certification or access issue: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport

For historical or older certifications, or if the exam was taken via Certiport, be aware that some records may not appear in Learn and must be managed via the respective provider, but MS-102 should appear in Learn when correctly associated with the account.
