Hello, I am currently using Bing mobile app Build Version 32.7.440115006 on my Android phone. I searched for an image, and then went to save that image. However, when I went to search for the image I downloaded on the phone, using the "Files" and "Photos" app, I was unable to locate the images I downloaded. I had to open the image in my default browser and download that image, which immediately appeared in "Files" and "Photos".
Where does the Bing app browser save downloaded files? I feel like I went through all the folders on my phone, but was unable to locate them. I no longer need the images, so I would like to delete them to free up storage space.

    Hi SDF,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Please note that "Save image" and "Download image" in Bing mobile app are separate functions.

"Download image" is actually downloading that image to your local phone storage, while "Save image" is saving that image to your collection. It's likely you save the image to a bookmark.

You may view Saved collection to see all images that you saved, if you want to download them just use "Download image" function.

I hope that above information is helpful to you.

    Hello !

Can you see the images you've downloaded in your phone gallery ?
I've tried to save an image on my Android phone, and I cannot see it either.
It seems that there is currently a bug causing the Bing app to not save images and files to the phone. I have tried saving several different images, but I cannot see them either.

Also, I don't see the usual small notification that indicates that an item has been downloaded.

Usually, everything is saved to the “Downloads” folder on your phone. I think it's a Bing app bug, which will certainly be fixed in future updates.

Please let me know if you have any other question !
