Azure Access - Sign-in failed Error code: interaction_required

Question

Hello. I need to access to Azure with my account but it is not posible due to and error. I have tried to call for supporting but only response an automatic message redirecting me to an not existent website.

Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle.

I just want to access to Azure and does not matter if I have to create another tenant or subscription

Please help me with this situation. I tried to fix this from some moths ago without responses from your side.
