Outlook email suddenly stopped synching and is not receiving new emails. How can I repair this?

It is an IMAP account
What type of email account do you have configured in Outlook? IMAP, Outlook.com, or Microsoft Exchange?
Did you try removing the account from Outlook and adding it back? If that doesn't work, remove it and if asked if you want to remove from all devices, say yes. Then add it back.
Note that if you are not using a Microsoft 365 business account or outlook.com account, you should export calendar and contacts from the account before removing it from outlook.
