There's no "keep downloading" option available.

I think edge blocks files being downloaded from http websites, saying "(filename) can't be downloaded securely"

Previously, (until a week ago), whenever I got this message, there was "keep downloading anyway" option so that I could download the files.

Now, the button does not appear at all. As attached, I don't see a way to download it.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Is this pdf file the only one having the problem?
Have you tried downloading another pdf file from a different source?
What is your current Microsoft Edge version?
Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge

Not only pdf, but any files that are from http have the same problem. I feel it's more fundamental issue, like, my Edge browser does not give "keep downloading" option anymore in any situation.

Current Edge version is 145.0.3800.70 (Official build) (arm64)

If there’s no “Keep” option in Microsoft Edge, it means the browser considers the download too risky to override. This can happen with high-risk file types or when security policies are enforced on a work/school device. In these cases, Edge blocks the file completely for protection.

If you think these files you are trying to download are safe and legitimate, try downloading them in a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

I thought some Edge setting went off on my side (or something incompatible in macOS setting).
