For most Microsoft certification exams, results appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours. Since the MB-820 exam was passed yesterday, the certificate may still be processing.

Take these steps:

1. Wait up to 24 hours from the time the exam was completed for the result and certification to appear.
2. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register for the exam.
3. Go to the profile → Credentials → Certifications and check if the MB-820-related certification is listed.
4. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate will only be issued after all required exams are passed.
5. If after 24 hours the certificate still does not appear, or if it is missing from the Certifications tab, contact Microsoft Credentials Support to investigate and fix the issue.
