No sound is output to the audio interface you are currently using (maono G1 NEO)

The one that worked fine until yesterday, when I booted my computer the next day, it didn't work.

All cables are connected, and the audio interface screen shows that the microphone and music output are coming out well.

I changed my earphones, but the sound still doesn't come out,

The sound comes out well when connected to other Bluetooth speakers.

I don't know what the problem is

    Hi,

When connecting via Maono in USB mode and selecting it as the primary sound source, the sound isn't coming from the Maono to headphones/speakers, but it does come out in Bluetooth mode on the Maono?

In settings > system > sound, it's set as default and there's active sound output, but there's no sound output on the Maono's sound LED ?

    Thanks

Try these checks and fixes in order on Windows 10/11:

    1. Confirm the correct output device
    • Select the Speakers icon on the taskbar.
    • Select the arrow next to the volume slider to open the list of audio devices.
    • Make sure the Maono G1 NEO (or its USB audio name) is selected as the output device, not Bluetooth speakers or the monitor.
    • If multiple outputs exist, test switching to the Maono and play audio again.
    1. Check volume, mute, and device usage
    • Right‑click the Speakers icon on the taskbar and open the Volume mixer / More mixer settings.
    • Ensure the Maono device and the app being used are not muted and volume is turned up.
    • Go to Start > Settings > System > Sound.
      • Under Output, select the Maono device.
      • Select Device properties (or More sound settings > Playback tab → select the Maono → Properties).
      • Make sure the device is enabled (Device usage = Use this device (enable) and the Disable checkbox is not selected).
    1. Set the interface as default device
    • Open Control PanelHardware and SoundSound.
    • On the Playback tab, select the Maono device.
    • Click Set as Default Device, then OK.
    • Test audio again.
    1. Check cables/ports and conflicts
    • Since Bluetooth speakers work, Windows audio is functioning; focus on the USB path:
      • Unplug the Maono USB cable and plug it into a different USB port.
      • Avoid USB hubs; connect directly to the PC.
      • Ensure headphones are fully inserted into the Maono’s headphone jack.
      • If the interface has its own volume/mix knobs, turn them up.
    1. Update or reinstall the audio driver for the interface
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
    • Locate the Maono G1 NEO (or its USB audio entry):
      • Right‑click → Update driverSearch automatically for drivers and complete the update.
    • If it still fails:
      • Right‑click the Maono device → Uninstall device.
      • If available, check Attempt to remove/Delete the driver for this deviceUninstall.
      • Restart the PC so Windows reinstalls the driver automatically.
    1. Try the generic Windows audio driver (if listed as a sound card)
    • In Device ManagerSound, video and game controllers → right‑click the Maono device → Update driver.
    • Choose Browse my computer for driversLet me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
    • Select High Definition Audio Device (or the generic option shown) → Next and test.
    1. Install all Windows Updates
    • Go to Start > Settings > Windows UpdateCheck for updates.
    • Install all available updates, restart, and test the Maono again.

If the Maono still shows input/output activity on its own screen but no sound is heard from its headphone jack on any PC USB port, the issue may be with the interface hardware itself and may require vendor support or replacement.
