Does anyone know how to get ANY Support from Microsoft?? I subscribe to 365 and some other stuff and more often than not I cannot even Log In yet they refuse to give you support unless you Log In??!! Its a totally bullshit circular arrangement to stuff up their customers! Frankly its disgraceful! Can anyone tell me how to actually speak to anyone at Microsoft to sort this disgace out?? If I cant get some support I will have to change to Apple, at least they support their customers. Need help.

To reach Microsoft support for Microsoft 365 from Australia without signing in, use these options:

    1. Phone support for Microsoft 365 for business
      • For the most current phone number in Australia, go to the global phone numbers list:
        • Open the Microsoft 365 admin center with an admin account.
        • Select Support > Help and support.
        • In the help pane, look for the link to the global phone numbers list.
      • Technical support is available 24/7 in English; billing support is generally available 9 AM–5 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
    2. Microsoft 365 for home (consumer) support
      • Use the online support entry point instead of calling directly:
        1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support or the general Contact us page.
        2. Enter a brief description of the problem (for example, “Cannot sign in to Microsoft 365 account”).
        3. Select Get Help.
        4. If self-help articles do not solve the issue, scroll down and choose Contact Support.
        5. Choose a support option such as chat or request a call. A support agent can then call back, so there is no need to stay on hold.
    3. If the issue is specifically with Microsoft account sign-in (cannot log in to proceed)
      • Use a different account (or create a new one) only to reach support:
        1. Go to Contact Support as above.
        2. Sign in with any working Microsoft account.
        3. When prompted for product/category, choose Products and Services > Microsoft 365 and Office > Manage Account Security.
        4. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or the available contact method.
      • The agent can then assist with the problematic account, even though sign-in to that specific account is not possible.
    4. General customer service numbers
      • For general Microsoft customer service and technical support, use the regional list of customer service phone numbers and select Australia under the appropriate section: Customer service phone numbers.
      • For Microsoft Store purchase or subscription billing issues, use the Microsoft Store Sales Support number for Australia listed under Australia/Pacific on the Microsoft Store support page.

If support is still unreachable via phone, the most reliable path is to start from the Contact Microsoft Support or Contact us pages, enter the issue, and then choose Contact Support to get routed to chat or a callback from an agent.
