Unable to See Trophies Under Achievements - Microsoft Lern

I have completed the GHCP Training, attempted all assessments and modules and gained all the XP.
But I am unable to see the certificates after completion under Learning Path in Microsoft Learn.
I have attached the necessary screenshots . Please guide me with the next step.
