Open Settings >> System >> Recovery, and use "Windows Update Repair" to perform a full system repair. This will not affect any of your files.

It is very helpful in resolving system component failures.

Hello,

opushutil.exe is the push notification utility for Office.

Open **Control Panel → Programs and Features → select Microsoft 365/Office → Change → first try “Quick Repair,” and if that doesn’t work, then do “Online Repair” (Online Repair is more thorough).

See if this can fix the Office component error.
