Delete payment method not working

Every time I buy something online it begs me to save my card for some reason. I always hit never or whatever. For whatever reason, this time when I went to go pay, it just automatically saved my card info. Naturally, I go to delete it off of edge, and when I click remove payment method>delete it just gets stuck with a little rotating wheel forever, because of course! I even left it overnight, restarted my computer, and cleared my cache. This is unreal.

    Type "Remove payment method" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser
