I see you posted to the Apple iOS forum, if you pay for the Microsoft 365 subscription through the Apple Play Store, you will need to request a refund through Apple Pay on this link.

If you pay for the Microsoft 365 subscription directly to Microsoft:

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To stop the recurring charges and find out what is being billed, follow these steps in order:

    1. Confirm which account and who is billing
      • Go to the Microsoft account dashboard and open Services & subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services
      • Make sure the correct Microsoft account is signed in (the one originally used to buy Microsoft 365). If there are multiple accounts, sign out and try others until the subscription appears.
      • If the subscription shows as Expired or Cancelled and no charges since 06/2023, the current charges may be from:
        • A different Microsoft account, or
        • A subscription bought through a third party (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, retailer).
    2. Check if the subscription is through a third party
      • If Microsoft 365 was purchased from:
        • Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play, or a retailer such as Amazon/Best Buy/Harvey Norman, Microsoft cannot cancel it.
      • In that case, cancel directly with that provider:
    3. Turn off recurring billing (if the subscription is in the correct Microsoft account)
      • Go to Services & subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services
      • Find the subscription, select Manage.
      • If you see Turn off recurring billing, select it and confirm. This stops future charges; access continues until the expiry date.
      • If you see Turn on recurring billing, recurring billing is already off and no further charges should come from that subscription.
    4. If still being charged but portal shows no active subscription
      • Use the Manage your payments page to investigate the charge and see which subscription or account it belongs to: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882
      • Follow the guidance in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft to identify the source of the charge.
    5. If the card is expired or changed but charges continue
      • Some subscriptions can still be charged via updated card details from the bank. If there is any past-due amount on an old subscription, it must be paid before cancellation is allowed.
      • In Services & subscriptions, if a subscription shows Pay now, clear the past-due balance first, then turn off recurring billing.
    6. Contact Microsoft Support (since email is not provided)
      • Use the guided support flow instead of email:
    7. If the charge is not yours or looks fraudulent
      • Use the How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft article to confirm whether the charge is legitimate.
      • If it is not recognized after checking all accounts and third parties, contact Microsoft Support via the steps above and also work with the bank to dispute unauthorized transactions.

These steps will either stop the recurring billing directly in the Microsoft account or identify if the charges are coming from a different account or a third-party store, where cancellation must be done.
