Open CMD from the Start menu.
Run it as Administrator (right-click and select it).
Copy and run the following command:
reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout" /v "Scancode Map" /t REG_BINARY /d 000000000000000002000000380038E000000000 /f
Restart your computer, and you're good to go.
