Hi Razeen Julius,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you’re trying to download and install the Google Play Store on your Windows PC but are unable to do so.
Please make sure you already tried the Q&A Assist steps. In addition, please try the following.
Before moving forward, I’d like to narrow this down a bit:
1, Are you currently using Windows 10 or Windows 11 on this PC?
2, Are you trying to run Android apps for personal use, or is this device managed by work or school?
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
1, Check your Windows version by opening Start and typing winver, then confirm whether it shows Windows 11.
2, Open Microsoft Store and search for Amazon Appstore to see if it is available for your device.
3, Make sure Virtual Machine Platform is enabled by opening Windows Features and checking the option, then restarting the PC.
4, Confirm that virtualization is enabled in BIOS or UEFI firmware settings.
5, Ensure your device meets the basic requirements for running Android apps, such as sufficient storage and supported processor architecture.
At this time, Google Play Store itself is not supported as a native app on Windows. On supported Windows 11 devices, Android apps are provided through Windows Subsystem for Android with the Amazon Appstore instead.
