I copied and pasted the exact text "Talk to an agent" into the chatbot
And it finally gave me the option to be contacted on the phone

I am being charged every month for an Xbox subscription I no longer use
The problem is, it's connected to an email account, I no longer have access to, I need cancel this subscription
I tried the Xbox chat bot, and it couldn't help me and would not let me talk to a person

- If the automated bot appears first, continue through the prompts until the Contact support or Talk to an agent option is offered; support availability may depend on region and hours.
This does not work, there is no other option, it is just the Xbox AI chat bot, that does not help, and does not offer to allow me to talk to an agent
Please give me someone I can talk to
