When you create a tenant with Microsoft, you are automatically assigned a default domain in the format yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com. This domain is used during the initial setup and for administrative purposes, and it can also be used to sign in to access the products included in your subscription.
If you signed in using the account that was used for the purchase (rather than the onmicrosoft.com account), this could be a possible reason for the issue you’re experiencing. In this case, it may be helpful to review the original purchase confirmation email. Please consider searching across all email folders using keywords such as “Microsoft” or “onmicrosoft.com” to help locate it.
Once you locate your onmicrosoft account credentials, you may try signing in with that account to see whether the issue persists.

However, if you’re unable to access the admin center using those credentials, you can try reaching out to the Global Customer Service phone to raise a request here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. This will allow you to connect with the Microsoft Billing team, who can review your order details and advise whether cancellation or refund options may be available, based on Microsoft’s policies and the timing of your purchase.
