I used to have an exchange online subscription and I'd like to access the account, but cannot get past 2FA

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with finding out how to get support for my issue.

I used to have an Exchange online subscription with my own domain name, however some years ago I moved away.

The past few days I've been receiving emails regarding that I now have a "Granular admin relationship" with some company that I have no business with currently.

I'd like to log in to my old account on https://admin.microsoft.com/, and check what's going on. The account still exists, however I no longer have access to the 2FA options, like Microsoft Authenticator, and when I choose the option for a text message to my mobile number, I just get an error.

Where do I get support for this so I can regain access to the account?

Thanks for any help!

Andreas

Edit: I'll mention what I've already tried: I've called Microsoft support but I just get an automated AI which tells me to log in to my admin account (which I can't) to get support and I've talked through chat with an assistant who told me to go elsewhere, and ended the chat before I was able to see exactly where I was meant to go.
