Problems with my current Microsoft 365 account

My current Microsoft 365 Personal account won’t let me access or edit my word documents. My account is paid and current but it’s telling me to buy a subscription.

    Does this happen on Windows 11, or MacOS, or your iphone??

    Can you go to https://account.live.com > Subscription, verify that the plan is indeed active, and tell me the name of the plan? For example, is it Microsoft 365 Basic/Personal/Family/Premium?
