How long does it take for a support ticket to get assigned? (waiting 3 days)

I have created in intune support ticket. It is urgent and I have waited 3 days with no agent assigned. This is really poor support by Microsoft.

2026-02-27T17:51:25.66+00:00 If a severity level C ticket has an SLA of 6 to 8 hours, I have two questions, why would an ability to install software for intune devices be labeled severity C and why am I still waiting three days with no agent assigned?
