Hi Elena, did you update the new password on both your phone and your computer after changing it?
When you change your Microsoft account password, email stops syncing until you sign in again on each device. You must update the saved password everywhere the account is connected.
• On your phone, open Settings, Accounts, select your Microsoft account, and enter the new password.
• On your computer, open Outlook, go to File, Account Settings, and sign in again if prompted.
• Sign in at https://outlook.office.comto check if new emails appear there.
If email works on the web but not in the app, the saved password on the device is the cause. Let me know what you see on Outlook on the web. Thanks!
