    Hello,

Are you seeing a message saying you are not the organizer or asking for family approval?

This happens when Microsoft detects the account as part of a Microsoft Family group or set with a child birth date. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/family to check if your account is under a family group.

If it is, the organizer must approve access. If your birth date is incorrect, review it at account.microsoft.com/profile If you cannot sign in at all, submit the official recovery form at account.live.com/acsr so Microsoft can verify ownership and review the restriction.
