    Quite a few people have reported this scam, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5790477/possible-phishing-from-microsoft-azure-and-microso for a couple of testimonies.

    And, yes, it is a scam. The purpose of the mail is to lure you to call a phone number. Don't call that number.
