To see whether there is more than one Microsoft 365 (or other Microsoft) subscription and cancel one if needed, use the Services & subscriptions page for the Microsoft account.

1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365.
2. Under Services & subscriptions, review the list of products. If more than one Microsoft 365 (or other paid) subscription appears, then more than one subscription is active for that account.
3. For the subscription that should be cancelled, select Manage.
   • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, that subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not be charged again.
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
5. Follow the on‑screen steps to complete the cancellation. The subscription normally remains usable until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.

If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (for example, different email addresses), repeat these steps for each account to check whether additional subscriptions exist under other sign‑ins.
