Are you using Outlook on the web or the app, and have you checked your Junk folder?
If other emails arrive but Amazon does not, this is usually caused by a blocked sender, a rule, or junk filtering in Outlook. Sign in at https://outlook.live.comgo to Settings, then Mail, then Junk email, and make sure Amazon is not under Blocked senders. Add Amazon to Safe senders. Then check Mail, then Rules, and confirm no rule moves or deletes those emails. Also review Junk and Deleted Items. If nothing is found, contact Amazon to confirm they are sending to the correct email address linked to your Microsoft account.
