Step 1: Pause syncing
- Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the Taskbar (near the clock).
- Select Pause syncing to temporarily stop synchronization.
Step 2: Completely close OneDrive
- Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon again.
- Select Quit OneDrive to fully exit the application.
Step 3: Reopen OneDrive
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type OneDrive, and then open the application.
