Please make sure you have already tried all Q&A Assist suggestions. In addition, please try the following:
- Check whether the email was moved by a rule
- On Outlook on the web (using a PC browser or mobile with desktop view), go to Settings > Mail > Rules
- Review all rules and check whether any rule may have moved or deleted messages with this subject.
- Search all mail folders
- Still on Outlook on the web, use the full search query:
subject:CMA AND received:2026-02-09..2026-02-10 - Then select All folders or Expand search.
To let me guide you better, could you please confirm whether you are using a personal Outlook.com account or a work/school Microsoft 365 account?
