disable time zone automatic setting and use command line tzutil tool to set your zone manually.
Tell the result please.

My time zone setting in Windows 11 keeps changing between the correct zone (Pacific) and am incorrect zone (Hawaii). I recently contacted support and got help from a technician who made changes to the registry, but the problem is persisting. I can't find any options that will permit me to correct the time zone manually.

2026-02-28T04:44:29.03+00:00 I explored using TZUTIL but can't tell if this answer solves my problem, because for now I've disabled automatic time zone while the system was displaying the correct time zone. It has been toggling back and forth between Pacific and Hawaii. It's in Pacific now, where it belongs, and as long as it stays there, I plan to leave it alone.
