    Hello, Manny Lopez.

In short, an OneDrive account is the same as a Microsoft account. When creating a Microsoft account, each user is allocated a free 5 GB cloud storage space (it can be increased later by subscribing accordingly). That is, how many Microsoft accounts you have is the same number of OneDrive accounts.

To see how many OneDrive accounts exist for the email addresses used, each Microsoft account or work/school account that has OneDrive must be checked individually. There is no single place that lists “all OneDrive accounts” across all possible emails.

Use these steps for each email address that might have an account:

    1. Go to the OneDrive sign-in page for personal accounts: https://onedrive.com
    2. Enter one of the email addresses and its password.
    3. If sign-in succeeds and OneDrive opens, that email has a personal OneDrive account.
    4. If sign-in fails, use the “I can’t sign in” or account recovery options shown there to confirm whether a Microsoft account exists for that email.

    For work or school accounts:

    1. Go to https://portal.office.com/onedrive
    2. Enter the work or school email and password.
    3. If sign-in succeeds and OneDrive opens, that email has a OneDrive for work or school account.

If a message appears saying “It looks like this email is used with more than one account from Microsoft. Which one do you want to use?”, that means the same email address is associated with both a personal Microsoft account and a work or school account. In that case, OneDrive may exist for both, and each must be checked separately.

If sign-in problems occur or it is unclear which account to use, see the guidance under “Which account do you want to use?” and “If you can't sign in to your account” in the referenced articles.
