The Surface Arc Mouse has a 1-year limited hardware warranty starting from the date you bought it.

Go to Microsoft Support and sign in with your Microsoft account:

    https://support.microsoft.com/

Choose Get Support. When asked for product info:

    Select Other Products

    Choose Microsoft Accessories

    Describe your mouse issue

Support will check your warranty and guide you through the replacement or repair process.

To get a replacement for a Surface Arc Mouse (Surface accessory), the process depends on warranty status.

    1. Check whether the mouse is still under warranty:
    2. If the mouse is under warranty:
      • Use the warranty information and proof of purchase to request a replacement through Microsoft’s hardware warranty/service process as described on the warranty page above.
    3. If the mouse is out of warranty:
      • A free replacement is typically not available; a new accessory would need to be purchased.

If the issue is with a Surface device rather than just the mouse, service options (online replacement process, in‑person support, or self‑repair where applicable) are available via the Surface service flow, but for a standalone Surface Arc Mouse the accessory warranty path applies.
