I am trying to change my language in Hotmail back to English. It appears that I have been hacked, and the language is now in Thai. I have attempted to change back in settings, but I seem to have no 'save' tab?

Have tried many times without success. What to do?

Thank you. I am afraid Microsoft can only check the backend.

Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

    Please go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

    Type ""Billing"" and press Enter.

Please click on the ""Contact support"" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support according to your requirement.

The available support methods will be shown to you.

    Hi Wade,

This happens after the hacker has made changes to your account or added your account as a guest in the organisation.

Are you sure the region is correctly set at https://account.microsoft.com/profile page?

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!
