How to Uninstall/Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables 2015-2022

I am unable to uninstall/reinstall Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) and (x86). Consequently I get the following error when trying to run many programs;

Zoom works OK, MS Office apps (word, excel, etc.) work OK, but other programs (like Servant Keeper above) give the error message above.

I have run scannow; I have run DISM. Both scannow and DISM show no errors.

Help!

Download Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter:

Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed

Choose uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable (x64) as well as for x86 version.

Download ONLY from Microsoft:

VC++ 2015–2022 (x64)

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

VC++ 2015–2022 (x86)

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

Right-click → Run as Administrator

Install both.

Restart again.

Thank you very much for this helpful answer! I also note that I have MS Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable as well.

Should I uninstall/reinstall this as well?

If that's not giving you any error, then there is no need to uninstall MS Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable.
