multiple payments for one existing microsoft 365 yearly due to user error. Would like refund to xtra payments and keep the new yearly subscription

User error of subscribing and paying several times for the original subscription. Please refund all xtra subscription payments except the original. This was caused by the change of credit cards

    Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

    Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

    Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

    Select the product you need help with.

    Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.
