    Hi @Chrisyeh Yeh ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    500 - Something went wrong!

    This error means the service encountered an unexpected condition; below are the common sign-in fixes you can check:

    1. Fully sign out of DevOps/Marketplace:
    2. Clear your browser cookies and cache:
      • In most browsers: Ctrl+Shift+Delete =>clear cookies/site data & cached files.
      • In Microsoft Edge (used by Visual Studio), clear Edge cookies too.
    3. Restart your browser and the Visual Studio IDE if you’re using it
    4. Try an Incognito/InPrivate window and go directly to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/_signedin
    5. Verify you’re using the correct account type
      • If your publisher/org is backed by Azure AD, sign in with your work (Entra) account, not a personal Microsoft account.
      • If you have two identities with the same email (MSA vs. Entra), make sure you pick the right one on the profile page.

    Hope this helps!
