Your automated system is totally inadequate. For over 2 hours I have been shuttled between answers that do not answer anything and keep sending me to the same screens. There is no phone number for tech support. This is totally unacceptable. Why am I paying for a service when you provide none. This is the second message I have sent you. Why do I have to select tabs when I am not a child. Besides, if I were a child I would not understand what you were asking me. This site is moronic!

To speak with a live Microsoft support agent instead of using automated flows, use one of these supported paths:

    1. Use the Get Help app (Windows)
      1. Open the Get Help app (type “Get Help” in the Windows search box and open it).
      2. Type a brief description of the issue.
      3. When responses appear, type “Chat with an agent”.
      4. Select Contact support at the bottom.
      5. Choose the product/service and follow the prompts.
      6. When available, choose Chat or Call me back to reach a live person.
    2. Use the online Contact Support flow
      1. Go to Contact support via this link: Contact us.
      2. Describe the problem.
      3. Sign in if requested.
      4. Select the product and category.
      5. Choose a support option such as chat or callback when shown.
    3. For general home-user help (Windows/Office/account & billing)
      1. Use the Get Help entry point here: Get Help.
      2. Describe the issue and proceed until a chat or call option appears.
    4. If the issue is specifically with a Microsoft account
      1. Start from: I need to talk to a customer support agent.
      2. Follow the prompts to reach an agent.

If accessibility or disability is a concern, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for direct technical assistance using the regional contact options listed here: Microsoft Disability Answer Desk.

For business/enterprise environments (including Exchange Online under a business subscription), an admin can also:

    • Open the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Help & support, and create a support request to get a callback from Microsoft.
