    Dear @Victoria,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you created a PowerPoint from an online preset, updated the font, but PowerPoint still won’t let you save and you see the message “Sensitivity labels are not supported.”

To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:
Where are you trying to save the file? Local PC (e.g., Documents/Desktop) or OneDrive / SharePoint (school account)?

Which account is signed in to PowerPoint (top-right corner)? Is it your school/work account, or a different/personal account?

Do you see a “Sensitivity” option (or label bar) in PowerPoint? If yes, what label name is currently shown (or does it say “Unsupported”)?

Did the file come from a template/preset that already had a label or protection applied?

When you try “Save As,” do you get the same message for every location, or only in one place?

(Example: fails in local PC but works in OneDrive, or the opposite.)

Can you save a brand-new blank PowerPoint presentation successfully?

If you copy the slides into a new blank presentation (Ctrl+A > Ctrl+C > paste), can the new file be saved?

Do you have permission to change/remove labels in your school environment?

In the meantime, I recommend steps below:

1/ Please confirm you’re signed into PowerPoint with your school/work account (the same account that should have access to your organization’s sensitivity labels).

2/ Try saving the presentation to your school OneDrive (work/school) or a SharePoint site

3/ If you see a Sensitivity option in PowerPoint, try selecting an allowed label (or None if your policy allows). If your organization requires a label and you can’t change it, your IT admin may need to review the label/policy settings for your account.

4/ If saving is still blocked, a workaround is to copy your slides into a new blank presentation and try saving the new file. Follow those steps:

    • Create a new blank presentation.
    • In the problem file, go to Slide Sorter, press Ctrl+A (select all slides) → Ctrl+C.
    • Paste into the new file (Ctrl+V).
    • Try saving the new file.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
